My running speed and form has improved, but there’s still some old-man-gait to work on. Any tips...? . 8x1 min. tempo intervals today. After some days with tired legs, it seems like my energy is coming back 👍😁🙏💪 . It’s the day for #biathlon , #skijumping and #triathlontraining .
